Here we are
in this green cathedral.
A giant portal carved in stones
welcomes us like old emperors.
We bow before entering and then we pass.
Through this magnificent wooden pillars.
Sky's an infinite vault.
Wooden limbs hiding light.
All we see is a green reflection above and around us.
Thrive. Flourish. Bloom.
Keep generating these black sons as I am.
So I prey on you
my red tree.
Give me more.
Give me light.
Give me trust.
I'm an expression of you.
I sing your chant.
Branches like arms praying to the sky
in silence
souls mourning free
tracing paths to the eldest ones.
I slow rise.
